Even though there is a major shortage of nurses in the United States, many nursing schools are having to turn qualified applicants away due to shortage in teachers. There is a struggle right now to expand class size and make nursing programs efficient.

Right now, experienced nurses are retiring and at the same time, many people are aging and/or getting sick. So the need for efficient care is going up.
