Once college is over, there’s a whole new world out there in the work force. In this world, things are much different than they were during college days. Hiring managers were asked what skills do college grads need to improve on. Here are the most common responses given:
- Know how to analyze data – This skill is highly sought out in the workplace. It actually ranks third in the top skills managers found most recent college grads lack.
- Conflict resolution – How well are you resolving conflict? This skill is important to have.
- Improve business writing skills – The way you communicate in the business world is much different from how you communicated in college.
