Where To Find The Routing Number On A Check

When paying for something over the phone, online or even when filling out certain forms, you may be asked to provide a check routing number. Many people often get confused on which number that is.

But if you can remember this…you should never get the routing number confused again. The routing number is the nine digit number on the front of your check.

In most cases, you’ll find the routing number on the bottom left of the check. Don’t confuse this with the account number. That’s the number that follows the routing number.
