For example, if you buy a piece of furniture for your home for $400 and later find the same thing for $350, your credit card company will reimburse you the $50. It’s a pretty cool perk that most people don’t take advantage of, mainly because they don’t know about it.

Credit card companies say that it is really popular among consumers, however its important to know that certain cards offer different limits. Some will reimburse up to $500, while others will reimburse only up to $300. Time periods range as well from 60 to 120 days depending on the credit card.
