If you pay full price for an item from a store like Gap, Kohl’s, or Macy’s, you may be able to get a price adjustment after you buy. Many of these retailers will offer a price adjustment if an item is offered for a discount within a certain window. So, for example, if you buy an item and it goes on sale in 5 days, you can go back and request that you get a price adjustment for the item. You can track the price dips with apps such as MyAlerts or Paribus. Be aware that every store doesn’t do this.  Check with the retailer for more information.
