Buying A Newly Remodeled Home? Here Are 3 Things Buyers Commonly Overlook

If you’ve watched any home remodeling show, you may think that the home you’re getting is a great upgrade. Don’t fall for the eager seller’s pitch. Do a double take on these things before saying “yes” to a newly remodeled home.

#1 – Check out the floors to see if there is any buckling. Buckling signifies poor craftsmanship.

#2 – Take a look to see if the appliances in the kitchen are installed correctly.

#3 – Do the doors shut correctly? Be sure that all doors close correctly and latch securely.

#4 – Does the heat, air and ventilation work correctly? If you’re home’s temperature isn’t comfortable, you wont be happy.
