This isn’t necessarily referring to traditional banking, but more so to compliance and risk management. There’s expected to be an increase in hiring  in this field. Companies ranging from hedge funds to banks are looking for people with the skills to help them avoid any missteps in regulations.

In addition to compliance and risk managers, there’s also an increase need for certified financial planners.
