As times change, so does the way we work. Instead of getting up early in the morning going through the hustle and bustle of getting to work, you can now easily just roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and sit at your computer to start work.
This may have been hard to believe a decade ago, but millennials are actually used to that way of working. It’s just the new way of life.
Because the millennial generation is the largest generation in the workforce now, employers who want to hire successfully will need to offer what this age group wants. In a nut shell, they want more flexibility, and are willing to change jobs to get it.
