If you’re in the middle of a job hunt, it can be tempting to take the first offer that comes along. Before you accept a job offer, be sure to look out for certain red flags that may indicate that it’s not a pleasant place to work.  In part 2 of “What To Look For Before Taking A New Job”, here’s something you should absolutely look for: How people feel about the boss.

If the employees are afraid of the boss, this is not a good sign. This may mean the boss is manipulative, mean-spirited, and/or full of rage.

Also, if you find that people are afraid of small mistakes, or common mistakes, you will want to stay away.
